Progress notification function for processing model data in Blender using Python

When I am using Python to process models in Blender, I often wonder if the Blender is stuck or crashing due to the large size of the models and the inability to see the execution progress of the code. Unreal Python can display a progress interface to show the execution progress of the code, but I cannot find it in Blender ElectronicGradeHA - 虚幻编辑器 2024_7_19 15_27_12.png I think Blender's rendering progress bar is quite good, but it seems that Python cannot use it to indicate the execution progress of the code Blender001.png Blender002.png

This does exist in Blender - take a look at UILayout's progress bar: docs.blender.org/api/latest/bpy.types.UILayout.html

You can also use modals to have operations run in the background, similar to how rendering does, so it's not freezing Blender during the operation.
