File Browser column re-size option

The ability to drag the edges of the "Name", "Date Modified", and "Size" columns for the Blender File Browser so that you can change the width of these columns. Especially useful for when the File Browser is part of the interface (e.g. next to the 3D viewport) and you want it visible but not taking up too much space.
