Copy and paste to 3d cursor
So I believe this isn't a function already ...
I usually have 2 files open and copy and paste between them .
when I copy an object from file (A) and paste it to File (B) it pastes to the location of were it was if file (A)
which can be useful in some cases . but i then have to search around my scene in file (B) for the object .
Could you add a way to paste it to 3d Cursor ? so it is in view instantly without having to move around the scene , and then move the object to were you wanted it .
Maybe this option could be changed in a setting's to have it copy to 3d cursor by default or not .
( this shouldn't interrupt the muscle memory of Ctrl +C and Ctrl + V, or right clicking copy and right click paste )
Please let me know if this is possible , think this may be a nice feature to have

I think it is not necessary since when you paste the object it is the currently selected object and using shift+s you can easily move it to the 3d cursor location. I support having the option but I wouldn't expect any of the core developers to get around to this anytime this decade.... even though it should be as simple as having a "last operation" panel for pasting objects with a checkbox for "place at 3d cursor".
