Add options to select which transforms to use when doing object offset arrays

So the object offset is the only way to do rotational arrays, which is super handy for modelling circular things like an engine, but having lots of them, especially when they're close together, can get a bit messy, and setting them up is a little bit of a hassle.

Could there be an option to select which transforms to use when doing an object offset? this would mainly be so I can deselect the position offset, allowing me to freely move the empty around my scene to put it somewhere a bit nicer?

The other option would be to just add a rotation and scale parameter to the constant offset, which I'm sure has been suggested to death and implemented in a few addons (would still be nice though pretty please).

I understand that the Blender Team considers making the array modifier more complicated a bad thing, since it would needlessly complicate things, but I don't think many beginners use the object offset anyway, since it's a slightly unintuitive feature. Perhaps even adding this functionality may clarify what it does?

anyway this is just a QOL feature which I think would make working around circular objects a bit faster and cleaner.
