Paste At 3D Cursor
Add "At 3D cursor" as an option for when copy - pasting objects. It would be very handy when pasting objects like trees or rocks onto surfaces or when copying from one file to another with a different placement.

snap to 3D cursor after the paste ... you want to replace ONE key press with One click on a checkbox. Not really a time saver IMHO
Which One key is the shortcut to snap to cursor? Anyway Ctrl Alt V is in my opinion faster than using two commands after each other. Place cursor, Paste, place cursor, paste, place cu... Etc
I use a pie menu, shift+s then south with the mouse
