Convert text to Grease pencil as stroke option instead being a fill
in order to use build Modifier in a good way i want to have an option to Convert text to grease pencil as stroke instread of fill,thatwill make us free from using holdout material and good animation when we use build modifier ... as you know build modifier isn't good with filled converted text .
my request is to have option weather convert as stroke or as fill

You mean only one line instead of a contour ? I think this is not an easy task but I guess some algorithm exist. However a simpler thing would be to have a font which is just a center line. I started to search and find this one fontspace.com/resamitz-sl-font-f63563 and it doesn't work, but in fact any very thin font does the trick.
i try too but no hope, thanks for the trick i'll try to find a very tiny font to test
templatemaker.nl/singlelinetext/ is a work around way baut limited with few fonts...
Yo can just use a stroke material for the converted text and, in edit mode, use Toggle Cyclic (Stroke menu) to open the closed shape. That way the Build Modifier should work better
