Optimizing blender UI for beginners: proposal

This is an interface proposal i have created, this could help beginners to undertstand and navigate to different functionalitis in a more effiecient way and will feel guided as they move on the process, i have included a header and render setting preview windows before rendering which is also present in other applications but the way they use it can not be used directly into blender but having some customizaiton on the idea we can implement it on blender here how i think about having this one blender.
