fracture and destruction ( always .... )

when will we be able to have a fracture / destruction system as great as fracture modifier (which unfortunately is only in version 2.79) ? the addon cell fracture is correct but not as great as fracture modifier . I deeply regret not having enough programming knowledge to continue the work of Martin Felke. cordially to all, daniel
