fullscreen preview on 2nd/3rd monitor
premiere and davinci resolve (and other video editors ) can render/mirror a fullscreen preview of the working scene onto a second monitor .
in premiere its called "mercury transmit"
in davinci its called "video clean feed" (under workscpace menu)
its like running a mediaplayer in fullscreen mode
..
it would be lovely for the animators and video editors if blender could provide the same functionality
for the video editor of course, BUT ALSO for eevee please!
i open a second 3d viewport on another monitor and hide all stuff . thats getting close but its not the same.

What exactly is not the same?
opening a 3dview/videosequenzer popout window on a second screen maximising and hiding t and npanels is not the same as a perfectly scaled fullscreen mirror ala premiere/davinci resolve
So you want a chromeless/borderless/windowless viewport?
I'm thinking something like Window > New Full Screen Editor Window
It will be a child window to the current main window and it will have the special keybind of alt+enter to toggle between full screen and floating window so you can drag it to different monitors.
It will by default be the 3d viewport without the Windows window chrome but it will have the toolbar and sidebar and navigation widgets and headers active, but those you can turn off or use to switch it to image viewer or video sequence, and then turn them off once you have everything where you want it.
