Move the "rotation-snap-degree-indicator"

Move the"rotation-snap-degree-indicator" to appear at your cursor, instead of at the top left-hand side of the screen. Or, make it also appear at the cursor, in addition to the top-left.

This would just make it easier to see when adjusting rotations

I added a MP4 as an example but it still says "processing"
