Locally disable render icon in the outliner

Right now there's no intuitive way to hide an object in render in a specific view layer. Turning off the check box for the collection that contains that object is the available solution, however the checkbox turns off the whole collection, and it's not specific to render. Similar to hiding an object in viewport locally, and globally. It will be consistent to apply the same method to the render too.
