Add button to Vertex Paint mode to display alpha

Now that Blender supports vertex alpha, it would be useful to display this in the viewport. I propose adding a toggle button to the Vertex Paint toolbar which when pressed will cause the alpha channel to be displayed in black and while instead of the RGB vertex color.
