pie_menus_official addon not needed any more
Most menus in the pie_menus_official addon are now standard menus and others are duplicated in space_view3d_pie_menus.
The clip editor menus from pie_menus_official should be moved to a new addon and pie_menus_official addon removed. Noting that "official" pie menus are now provided without addons.
While the clip editor menus could be merged into space_view3d_pie_menus, it would be better to keep it focused on one editor and make a new addon for clip editor menus.

I´m pretty sure that I´m still using it, but with quite a few options disabled. Actually, I got 'Tab' and '.' active only. Most of the pies I´m using from the 3D Viewport Pie Menus...
