Make wire color themeable in wireframe mode
Why not making the wire color themeable in wireframe mode ? So we can have two different colors one for solid mode and an other for wireframe mode so we can have a better view of the wire when using a dark background.

We could even expose wire color in shading menu like that:
Or include „WireColor per X” wireframes like „Color per C” work in solid mode.
@Pawel Piotrowski: As far as i know thats planned already :) Coloured Wireframe Mode working in Random Color or Material Mode.
I've noticed it's hard to see with the Orange wireframe, so this is Needed...
