Operation panel always on
Currently, disappearing the operation panel is super annoying, and yes, I know about the last operation button. It doesn't help. It is still irritating. Let me keep all the operational boxes as much as I need until I close them myself.

Hello,
As I understand it, in Blender the general workflow is to do something, then adjust settings if needed (in the panel you mention). Once you take another action, you can no longer adjust the settings. (This is unlike Geo Nodes which is a procedural/parametric workflow.)
In other words, the panel closes as soon as it is no longer useful. To keep it "open" longer, what would be displayed? I think it would be blank because it has no function. If you want it to have some new function, that would be a different proposal. For instance, you may be wanting to do parametric modeling in the 3D viewport.
Yes. But if you select something else, the box disappears even if the last operation is still open, i think that could change.
" To keep it "open" longer, what would be displayed?"
Nothing needs to be displayed; it could simply say "properties" at the top or something along those lines. Just as the timeline can stay open for the user, even if no keys are present.
As to the usefulness of the current feature set (without adding something like para modeling), it's simply that it is effectively a "selective undo/redo" box, which must be called by the user (F9) every single time you want a value more than "i dragged the cursor, it changed to some value based on ... mouse drag distance, which is of course so accurate."
When I click G, the box should present itself open and ready. When I choose to bevel, the box should present itself open and ready. I shouldn't have to perform an operation, F9, and then redo the operation. The workflow is completely backwards.
I see your point now. Yes, it is strange that if I want that panel, to move an object for example, I press G and immediately cancel with a right-click and go to the panel. It's become automatic so I don't really think about it.
Sadly, I only have one upvote to offer.
