"Insert keyframe" button above the timeline

I often find myself missing this button.

Function: Insert keyframe for selected objects

Or an option to make it more compact.

Insert keyframe diamond will replace the round auto keyframe shape.

But when using the "Autokeyframe" option in the dropdown menu, the diamond shape is replaced with a round shape which represents its state.
