Output file format presets

When working on a complex animation project, I find myself rendering both high quality images and quick lower-rez videos in the process. It's quite frustrating that every time I switch from PNG to FFmpeg Video output, I have to manually set up the codec, container and output quality again and again.

Maybe just make a preset so it's a one click solution or fix the issue of Blender always reverting to the default FFmpeg settings?
