More Operations for Evaluate On Domain

Support for at least a subset of the Attribute/Field Statistic operations. e.g. Accumulate (Sum), Min, and Max.

My original motivation was implementing Custom Forces on Cloth (Summing Edge vectors on each Point). It would also be useful for implementing processes similar to Blur Attribute, and for alternative Selection/Boolean transfer (Min is All, Max is Any)

Unsure if this should be a new node, or a simple extension of the existing node with a mode menu
