Current Folder Default Asset Library

I would like to suggest adding a "Current Folder" Default Asset Library next to the Current File Library that shows all assets of .blend files in the same folder as the currently opened folder.

At the moment If I mark an asset in a file that is not inside of one of the library paths, a cats.txt file with all the catalogs gets created at the same place next to the .blend file. If I open another .blend in the same folder, I can see the catalogs of the first one in the Asset Browser, but the assets are missing. This is because they share the cats.txt but are not inside of a library path. This is unexpected from a usability point of view and a Current Folder Library would fix this issue by displaying both the catalogs and the assets.

Thanks for all the great work on Blender!

In addition to my original suggestion this feature should also include a "subfolders" option that recursively also shows all assets from .blend files in subfolders of the current folder. This is very useful for bigger blender projects where an /assets subdirectory might exist.
