Add zoom level for TimeLine

Right now user can zoom TimeLine by mouse scroll, but hard to discover the comfy level. The idea is to give some input next to "Marker" menu like control for current keyframe.

Can be option to turn on/off this function for show/hide input widget.

Similar problem is with zoom for viewport (other feature was for this on RCS).
