Audio preview in file browser

If you are editing using the blender sequencer, adding sound effects or audio is very slow, without any form for audio preview. And most just use an external editing program instead because of this.

A way to audio preview (perhaps within a N menu in the file browser)

This would be a good first step.

Ideally you would have an option to autoplay a sound whenever you select one, so you could then press the up and down arrows, to quickly preview whichever sound effect you want to import.

With additional options for looping and preview volume perhaps.
