Add "link" parameter to BlendDataLibraries.write method

Currently, if you want to write linked datablocks to a file, you have to load that file as BlendDataLibraries.write only supports appending data blocks.

I propose adding a link parameter that would work like the same named parameter for the BlendDataLibraries.load method.
