Better Tweak Mode, bye bye "stick to mouse" behavior
Hi!
The problem: with multiple objects select, click-drag outside the selection will translate all the objects, but click-drag from one of the selected object drag only that specific object, this is weird or at least very different from any other software on the market.
In general, on the other softwares, select, deselect, select multiple objects and translate objects are operation that can be performed with the only use of the mouse. Not in Blender.
My proposal is a light version of this:
My idea is to keep the actual tweak mode but perform the translation only when the mouse is actually over at least on one of the selected objects.
-clicking on empty space would deselect the objects. -clicking on other object will update the selection (so no changes here)
Implementing a behavior like this by default will be more consistent and mainstream for people coming from other software that could find very frustrating this "stick to mouse" behavior and the impossibility to deselect objects using only the mouse/tablet
I know that is it possible to fix the treshhold from the user preferences, but that is another story.
PS: I tried to upload a gif, but for some reason It has been converted into jpg, I also tried to delete it, but I got an error, so.. sorry about the nonsense image you see down here.
Thanks
