Make the small point following the sculpt brush disappear when left mouse is clicked (Similar to Zbrush/optional feature).

Currently blender only has a show brush toggle. It would be great to also have a show guides toggle. This would allow the user to enable or disable the guides which is comprised with the point and cross icons.

Update: I have revised the proposal into removing the point only. I have observed that the cross guide works fine similar to the mouse cursor which is the old guide for the sculpt brush.
