Quick Menu for Pivot point / Better default keymap

The awesome 2.80 feature of quick menu is fantastic (once you find where it is living: Right click on almost any command and you get "Add to Quick Menu". This menu is separate for each viewport, and opens with "Q". voila! your own personal menu]).

As someone who changes pivot point very frequently, it would be nice to be able to add pivot point selection to quick menu. Currently it is not an option.

Related, the default key mapping for pivot point pie menu "Keyboard Period" is not left hand friendly. The key "`" is available with ALT modifier, which seems a better default. Currently "'" unmodified is viewpoint, so it is related.
