Floating window auto hide and shortcut popup

The blender interface is very flexible and convenient, but it is still somewhat inadequate. Hope to add a small function to enhance the experience.

When the keyboard shortcut is pressed, the corresponding window can be popped directly under the mouse. (This function can reduce unnecessary mouse movement)

Any window can be set to float and can be automatically hidden. Automatically expand this window when the mouse moves over the window icon
