Option to overflow toolshelf into second column instead of scrolling

I really like the single column layout of the tool window (T on the keyboard), and in most windows the single column works perfectly.

However, in certain editing modes such as sculpting you have to scroll due to the amount of brushes that are available. It would be nice if there was a preference option to automatically switch to double columns instead of scrolling.

Doesn't the toolshelf change to 2 column if you drag it out?

* @ammusionist * It does, but it stays in two columns if you do that. I prefer single column if it fits on the screen, which it does most of the time. If there are too many tools however (such as the case of 2.81 sculpt mode) then I would prefer it to expand to two columns instead of overflowing.

It's a really small annoyance, but I figured I would post in here in case anybody felt the same.

* @Zach Hixson * Ah - Like an option to "Keep all icons visible". Cool.
