Better Hotkey filtering

The ability to search hotkeys by name AND by key-binding:

• Instead of searching by one or another, filtering hotkeys by both their name and key-binding would make things a lot easier.

• it would be nice to also be able to select the category to search in, instead of having to scroll through all the results.

• another nice addition would be the ability to add hotkeys while the filtering is active.
