Grease Pencil Fill - 'Outer boundary fill' to quickly fill complex shapes

Filling shapes like this is a hassle.

Proposal: holding a modifier and clicking outside the shape(s) you're working on performs a fill that fills all inner shapes up to the outermost boundary/boundaries.

Holding the same modifier and dragging around a shape does the same, but only for shapes contained inside the dragged area.
