Modifiers - Option to create empty as modifier gizmo (e.g. for mirror)
Oftentimes, the mirror modifier is used to mirror objects across the origin planes (XY, YZ & XZ) so rather than creating an empty prior to picking this empty as Mirror object, it would be nice if the empty could be created straight from the Mirror Object dropdown. This applies to multipe modifiers and is implemented by the Modifier list addon: blenderartists.org/t/modifier-list-1-6/1147752

All modifiers that can use an empty should give the option to create an empty parented to the object. The Modifier list addon has this and is very helpful. blender-addons.org/modifier-list-addon/
