Configuration Splash Screen

Hi , I am willing to work on Configuration Splash Screen project for this summer In this project I will be mainly adding the things given on following url : wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:2.8/UI/Workshop_Writeup I just want the view of artists on the fact that whether i should use tabs in splash screen for various elements or i use multiple windows one after another like we see in during installation of software .
