Knife Tool With Back one Step
Right now in blender with the knife tool, if you make a mistake in your cuts, the only way to remedy it is by either canceling the cut, or going though with it then fixing it by hand. Happens to me all the time, I'm almost done making my selection then I slightly miss one vertex or something. It would be great if by pressing backspace or "x" you could go back one cut so you can fix things without redoing the whole thing.

ive been saying this since it was introduced!, thank you!
ctrl + z is super standard
Maybe:
it should be non-modal with percentage snapping on edges.

@Sergey Ivanov: Yep, it's a duplicate. Please use the search function before posting. Duplicates split the votes.
@Caetano Veyssières: My bad, didn't think to do that.

ADD THIS PLEASE MANY THANKS :)
I can propose even more - hold
Altto switch cursor mode to change any slice point location. So user been able to fix cut in two ways - redo progres step by step from last point or move and fix any point. If user already set 10, 20 or any count of points and it need to fix something far from current last point. If it would be able to redo points user can redo all the points until it reaches the point it need to fix. But to do this is to loose working progres. What if it need to redo 10, 20 , or more points...
Photoshop example.
cursor in capture not match lines because of different monitor resolutions and scaling ...
PS Maybe it should be not
Altand not " hold ". Maybe it can be someFkey and toggle mode during cut.Marking this as Done! Undo was implemented for the knife tool/operator a few versions ago.
pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeas fix it
ok doubble then... using <kbd>K</kbd>
I vote for Backspace
Backspace is common, would be lovely!
I think it should be Ctrl + Z
