VSE: Properties panel Strip Pin

It would be nice to be able to pin the properties panel of a Strip in the VSE.

When editing in the sequencer, you always have to select the Strip to edit its properties or modifiers. Sometimes this happens between MetaStrips, you have to be entering and leaving the groups, depending on the complexity of the edition, it is hell.

And there are many more cases that this would be very useful.

Maybe better to post it in special VSE community branch . I guess devs who have something to do with VSE check it.

I guess there are two scenarios, one is to pin to override selection(white outline), and the other one is to try to keep layout when changing selection.

The first one may be difficult to implement since all changes of values are based on the current selection, so this whole system would have to be overridden. The other scenario, to keep the layout(specific panels), locked could be very useful for ex. color grading.

* @ tintwotin * Yes, I think it should work the same as the Pin in the rest of Blender.

The Pin locks the panel to be able to control the Strip independent of the selection you have. Then to be able to open another sequencer, or to divide the current one, and to be able to control the selection panel, without Pin activated.

In the image there are two sequencer editors.
