Save reminder
I recently did a project and forgot to save the blender file, and in recover-auto save I could not restore the file due to the fact that the computer suddenly turned off and the file was saved with an error (Missing DNA Block).
A great solution to this problem would be to make a reminder to save the file.
To do this, you need to add a save icon with the ability to add a time interval after which it will warn that the file has not been saved.
You can also make this icon hidden until 5 minutes have passed, and when the warning time came, it blinked and offered to save

In my opinion, autosave is better since it doesn't tell you every while to save and does the job without interruption. You can just let the autosave keep more copies and the default value of 2 minutes is good.
I have no sympath for people who don't remember to press ctrl+s every few minutes. One of my text editors actually keeps a count of how many times I press ctrl+s - 182 times yesterday in just that ONE program.
Davinci Resolve has something similar
