Blender check specs

Hi would it be possible for Blender to check the systems specs before opening, as if your specs are not upto minimum spec, just disable the GPU advaced features (Workbench/Eevee.

As i use Blender on several machines, and some it crashes others its fine, but if Eevee and workbench was disabled if dosnt meet specs, then it will still usable.

As the last thing i want to do, is keep switching between 2.7 and 2.8?
