Measure need more improvements - next level of development (Measure as interactive object)

Regarding to features request Measure more practical with other tools and modes Measure need more improvements:

1. Snap/magnet around start and end point (taking dimensions points can be like extrude verticles)
2. Moving start/end points by axes like typical object (x, y, z keys) - now is missuendrstanding wehn we using this
3. Gizmo for measure points (moving, rotating, scaling) - from this object can add other objects (primitves)
4. Origin for start/end point or middle point (when angle - to bether rotating)
5. List of measure objects (now it's hard to delete this objects and click/select), maybe list of object can be in Properties panel - this list can be on/off under Measure options under dimension what I proposed in link (eg. Diemnsions, List - turning on and we have new icon vertical in Properties as Measure) or by contex menu on Properties belt (can be turned off here with other panels/icons what is rare used and more comfy work with small GUI options list)
6. Add measure object (object like bone) to integrate with object, collection, etc:. (parenting, outliner hierachy)
7. Colours for line as section with start/end
8. Arrows type for end/start points (eg. lines or cone, triangular, pyramid and more option for text (text in frame squared, rounded, traingled)
9. Names for end/start and middle points, orientations for names points or sections (including always vertical or horizontal)
10. Filter in outliner for measure objects
11. Object type visibility - add here measures
12. Render options (including/excluding measures in final work) and viewport (eg. to solve problem with wireframes, solid)
13. API for measure objects in BPY
