Minor Quality of Life Improvements - Rearrange Workspace Tabs

In the Blender Today video "2.80 Homestretch! - Blender Today LIVE #50 with Francesco!" there was a discussion of the difficulty implementing drag/drop workspace tabs.
So I was wondering, is it possible to add a right click selection to move the tab left or right to compensate for lack of drag & drop of tabs as an alternative compromise for the time being?

* @-L0Lock- * yes that would be ideal but the Blender team said it was very difficult, hence I was hoping this can be a temporary band aid solution in the mean time.
Drag & drop for tabs is everywhere in 2019. But you ask for " click & click " to move left or right ....

Of course I want drag & drop but the Blender Dev team are having DIFFICULTY implementing it. So I am asking for a TEMPORARY solution until drag & drop is implemented because the current "Reorder to Front/Back isn't the most elegant method to rearrange Workspace tabs.
