particle collision events

i d like that the blender comunity add this feutur youtu.be/Jsnf_Mspx_0  in blender particle system it will be great for makin rain drops mor realistic and suport the halo render for cycle in sted of making an object to act like rain we can just change the draw type to line and render it. it will be awsome if they added it and thanks :D
