Grease Pencil feature request: animated ordering of layers

Could be nice to have this possibility to reorder layers during animation. This is needed if I create for example - character animated with bones and I would like to have sometimes arm in front of the body, sometimes behind of it. This could be done with additional "order weight" parameter for layer (integer number) which can be driven by bones lately.

Also maybe the "fast" solution could be adding option "Pass Index" to Stroke Depth Order.
