Blender Previous Version new features
There are some new features in blender which I believe can be added to previous versions of blender also like the most new version has an option to select the tool they want by selecting it from the pie menu but sometimes some cannot download the most new version as they may not have the same system configuration but they can download some of the previous ones . For example I can't download the most new Blender but I can only download till 2.76. But some of the things in the interface is important to use it as I as a beginner when attending many tutorials I cant find many of the settings they say but after searching it for so much time I will find it somewhere. So please if possible add a blender version of each version where the most new things are updated but don't need a hardware requirement(like pie menu). I believe you can add it as for example 2.76n or something.
I am new to this site so I don't know whether this is the way to ask questions here Sorry !

I think it is good because sometimes for who can't afford a new system can use this version and can get the best using their system. And I believes this doesn't ne3d much extra things as it is already done in some versions. The new version which have these can be kept under a new version like 2.76n or something. So I think this makes blender more reachable for people who are not professionals but juat begginers
* @dheerajmundayur * Blender just started the concept of LTS versions for that, only because there's an increasing demand and because the development funds grow enough, but that's limited to important bug fixes, not deep rewriting.
Here you demand basically to port important rewrites from new versions to arbitrary old deprecated versions for the sake of you using them?
* @-L0Lock- * What I meant is it will be nice of them to create such versions if possible. If funds are low then they can do it when they have the fund. What I said is that there are many who cannot afford the latest version of blender so as an open source I thought blender will help people like that. Because up to my knowledge blender made its software free so that everyone can have ascess to 3D modelling, and not only the rich. So I thought this is a worth feature which helps poorer section to get ascess to blender. I believe they can do this when possible.
I don't think this is something reasonable to do...
I believe this proposed version can also include the library and collections
