Custom "Hand" Rig Possibilities

I'm wondering if this Custom Rig could be possible in Blender, i know Blender is powerful but it really depends on the code that is written in Python. And i can't write code, so if anyone is up to the challenge, this would be a very helpful addon for us animators! Watch how this rig can pose the the hands, it's so fast! But if there is already something like this, please point me to it, thanks!

Properties editor tabs have this panel "Custom properties". That's what it's for.

Basically it's just a bunch of drivers.

When you say "this Rig Type", please be specific about what you're suggesting. At this point, I can tell that there's some automation in there, but nothing that's currently impossible to do in Blender. What type of control are you looking for and how are you suggesting that it be implemented?

@Jason van Gumster: The Hand Controls in both Rigify and BlendRig when used just out of the box are somewhat complex, and it takes a lot of tweaking to get something right, and posing each individual finger is very time consuming and hard to make look natural. What i propose is to add the ability to Rigify or BlendRig, to easily rig and control the hands in a quick fashion as this. If it be just Automation, then how could this be implemented to a current rig?

@nathanyaahlaproductions: OK... so you're asking for a pre-built rig that has this behavior, rather than the tools to produce this kind of rig. Now I understand.

@Jason van Gumster: Well I would like the tools to do it myself. I just know if it's a preset, it makes it rather quick for the Rigger to modify and adjust it to the model instead of setting it up from scratch each time. I've been watching Francesco Siddi's Rigging lessons on the Blender Cloud, and it seems like Action Constraints and Drivers could help me produce something close to this. But it may take me awhile, so if anyone has ideas or wants to work with me that would be helpful.

Both Rigify and Blendrig are addons and AFAIK not developped by the Blender Fundation's devs. So if you wan't to propose some kind of feature request for those addons, you will have to contact those addon's devs because I guess they don't spend their time on RCS.
