Grease Pencil UI Simplification

This is just an idea and the purpose behind it is to explore the Grease Pencil UI so that it can be easier to navigate.

I would like to think I am a little bit of an experienced user, but even I get lost and taken out of zen mode trying to navigate grease pencil animating.

So here I am trying to answer the question,

How are brushes talking to materials and textures? and how can we easily see and navigate to that information easily and fluidly?

I don't think it really needs to be complex. We need to remember what we do here can spill over into other areas of Blender. This is also the opportunity to make other areas of Blender easier to navigate.

Hopefully, this is the first of many UI post? Moving Forward.
