"Ctrl+Shift+Mouse Wheel" for precision control of change value on numeric input
Change value with "Ctrl+Mouse wheel up/down" on numeric input is realy nice thing:
But almost always need more precision control. It's would be great to add the ability change value with a periodicity 1/1000 (0.001):
"Ctrl+Shift+Mouse wheel" as an example, instead of this combination can just use "Shift+Wheel mouse" or any other.

Changing values is one of those little time thiefs that pile up over the course of a week. This would be a welcome addition.
As an alternative (the way Houdini handles it):
