Copy Modifier to Clipboard
It may sound silly at first glance, considering that you can copy the modifiers into the same object and you can transfer the modifiers via 'Ctrl+L', but consider the situation where you have a lot of modifiers and you want to copy only one into another object. You could simply 'Ctrl+L' and delete the spare ones, but consider also that this second object could have its own modifiers, so things get more and more complicated, it's simpler to have a 'copy modifier to clipboard', isn't it? Every adjustment copied from one object to the other.

Oh yes please... But i think this will be adressed with the Everything Node update
Built-in Addon: copy attributes. Ctrl+C, copy selected modifiers.
If you want to cache modifiers, make dummy-cube, copy to it. and now you can work without worrying if buffer will lost.

In the animation areas there are actual copy and paste buttons for modifiers. The main modeling mods should get those as well.
