Blender manual: Implement a search system for word combinations

Since I was using Blender the first time, I've never found a way how to search for word combindations in the official blender manual.

Everytime when I use a combination like "vertex groups" the manual results shows me dozens of matches for "vertex", "groups" and "vertex groups". But how to search for the combination only?

I would like to see only search results for the combination I'm looking for.

Do I miss something or it wasn't never possible?

regex shouldn't be that hard to add. I thought it already had support for this!

* @Josephbburg * Unfortunately not. And it's so important. I don't know which system is used for the docs, but maybe it's just an option to set. Basically in php it's very easy to code this.

The system is called Sphinx: sphinx-doc.org/

Thank you Pablo. But are you sure, everything is set right? If I search for "image editor", I always get all possible combinations, even the single words. As a user I expect the exact phrase and not the single used words be displayed as result. Splitting word combinations, that were set in brackets, destroys the advantage to search for combinations.

Yes, this would actually make the dox usable.

Two years and nothing happened... Very sad.
