Add more brushes or add some way for we put new brushes
In sculpting mode, it would be really more helpfull if the brushes were more precise and have more options for sculpting more details.

Hi, could you please elaborate on what you mean exactly, and maybe even split your post? Your post and its title don't seem to talk about the same things.
We can already customize brushes and import them between .blend files. What feature do you lack in this area?
Brushes have quite a lot of options and are capable of high detail sculpting if you set it up for it. What do you think is missing in particular?
