More image transform filters for VSE Image Strip
Currenty we only have Nearest (no interpolation ) and Bilinear filter in VSE for the Image Strips.
To have nice smooth or sharp (but not jagged) result for a transformed image we have to have more options. For example Krita has the filters below.
An example for smooth output:
Blender Compositor has one more filter: Bicubic. We have to have more transform filters in the Compositor as well.

Yes please!! this is so noticable when scaling down a high res image/video into low one it becomes pixelated sharp.
Also maybe change the name of nearest into nearest neighbour to make it clear

I have 4k frames and want to render 1080p video and it just doesn't look good. Only option is to scale down all of frames in a different tool.
