Allow exentsions: adding the default origin set to a simple menu layout?!

To allow addons developer to adding their further origin tools to the belonging origin set, the origin set would have to be inserted as separated operators in a simple layout menu.

Actually we have this: layout.operator_menu_enum("object.origin_set", text="Set Origin", property="type")

For custom extension we need this: layout.menu("VIEW3D_MT_origin")

This would also avoid redundant location for other similar tools with a operator_menu_enum.
