PLS finish the fluid sim in blender

Currently it looks to me that the fluidsim is in a broken state, things missing :

• Clear cash (really needed because without it, altering settings has no effect).
• Be able to set a flow speed in m/s for inflow. (might have some force arrow as lamps have)
