Tool messages

I suggest that these tool help messages be placed as a panel on the right hand side and flag it as active when there is one in stead of on the message bar. It will look much cleaner. Also, all if possible, all keys can be converted to tool buttons that is press-able. Currently, these too messages are very much useless, and for peoples with weak eyes, they are almost non-existed.
